I've got a 2016 Discovery 40E with a RVComfort.ZC thermostat that has those rubbery buttons. I tried turning the furnace on this morning and the buttons refused to operate - I could press them, but nothing happened. Eventually, and after pulling the fuse for a few seconds, it came to life and I was able to get the zone 1 furnace turned on, but only after mashing the buttons for a while. I finally managed to get zone 2 on, but I cannot set the temperature. Now, I cannot even turn the system off.

Is this device "user serviceable"? Can I pop it off a wire-harness, open it, and clean some contacts? Or do I need to replace it?
