Water pump failure. Toilet flush problem

I have a 2024 Fleetwood Discovery.  Plumbing equipment failures have me wondering if they’ve used inferior components, or am I jinxed.

    1.  My house water pump has failed.  The indicator light at the water panel indicates it has power.   The touch screen buttons act normally.
    2. And the toilet in back is not maintaining a water level.  It drains itself dry with each use.    I tried the level adjustment described in the manual, but it doesn’t take care of the problem.

Hmmm is guess this is two different issues.

    1. Define "failed". Is it not working at all? No power, grinding, running but no water is coming through, etc.

    2. Water leveling not maintaining is normally a seal ring. It may just need to be cleaned in most cases. Push the flusher down and use soap and water on a toilet brush. Don't put the entire brush head in the hole, right at the seal is where it needs to be cleaned. 99% of the time this will take care of it.

Water pump failure is total. No sounds. I looked for a circuit breaker and/or fuse but couldn’t find one.   Dealer couldn’t tell me where it is either.  Dealer replaced the pump under warranty.

    I bought a spare.

The toilet issue was also resolved under warranty No explanation what the problem was

I’m concerned about having these issues with a vehicle with only 5000 miles on the clock.

Sounds like you have solved both problems. There should be a 12v fuse panel and one should be dedicated to the water pump.

There should be a circuit breaker for the water pump in the multiplex control panel. My 17 had a clogged filter and it caused over current and tripped the circuit breaker. It took me a while to think to check the Firefly panel. Had a similar experience with tripping the power reel breaker. Thought to look sooner than when I did for the pump.
